Scheduling

KDG prepares a comprehensive project schedule from the inception of the project. This allows the client to coordinate key actions such as telecommunications and furniture delivery and installation in relation to the completion progress of the project. It also allows the client to see when it is possible to coordinate changes if required.

Because we are intimately involved with the day-to-day operations of our projects, we update our schedules daily and circulate them at our weekly construction meetings.
